Villa Leda has three bedrooms with balconies, an attic with a total of 8 sleeps. It also has a tavern with three sofa beds.
Three toilets: a bathroom with shower, one with tube and another one with toilet, bidet and wash basin.
The kitchen is equipped with cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals.
The dining room-living room has a fireplace, a balcony and access to the garden.
In the basement, next to the tavern, there is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
The plant for heating and hot water system is autonomous and self-igniting.
The garden with fruit trees is 100 square meters and up to three cars take place in the paving, safe inside the fence.

For cyclists a bicycle garage, closed by rolling steel shutter, is avaible.
